Not trying to be difficult, but what does this mean? Do folks just
include the o-ring with the rubber and don't bother cutting it off? Do
they weight before adding the o-rings and accept the fact that someone
doesn't switch out the rubber? Not trying to get around rules, just
trying to figure out what to expect. Don't want to do anything to make
things more difficult for anyone involved.
