Additionally, there is the misconception that a spar in the middle of
blade chord is "neutral flare." Actually that is usually slight
positive flare, depending on how much power is used, and to get neutral
or non flare the spar needs to be forward of the average chord
centerline. However, I will accept this practical misconception for
the purpose of our LPP challenge.
