Bob Gibbs

I wanted to tell F1d flyers that long-time FAI competitor Bob Gibbs
passed away this morning at the age of 83.

Bob was a mainstay of the FAI team selection programs of the 1970's
thru 1999 and was a site contact for both the Cow Palace and Santa Ana.
Many of you have probably read his work on rubber testing.
