For kids classes, use the AMA Cub. Take off the prop and landing gear, tie
the string around the stick at the midpoint of the wing and you can tow it at
a fast walk, or fly it outdoors as a kite. It would be a simple matter (?)
to add some ballast to get a slow descent and add tow hook. You can also
balloon launch AMA Cub gliders.
