Propellor Pitch?

How does one go about modifying the pitch of an Ikara prop? I read the
short description on FreedomFlightModels.com where I purchased the
prop but I'm still unsure as how to do it.

I think I need to reduce the pitch on my prop. The plane will climb to
a good altitude, level off, and then only remain at the same altitude
for about 10-15 seconds before it starts descending. It's been landing
with a considerable amount of winds left. Am I correct in thinking
that a reduction in the pitch of the prop will help?
