I'm happy with my batch... I got a pretty large quantity off of EBay,
and in my testing, it is just a few percent below the small bit of
5/99 that I have... and it is also better than the 7/97 and 3/02 that
I have also... The torque curves that I generated are almost
identical to my 5/99, but it does seem to break a bit below the
5/99... but I might do some more tests and take more time during the
winding... I used it over the summer, and it was making a difference
over the 3/02 that I used before that...
