Help? Can you indentify this tool?

Hi,
At the Bong Eagles annual fall indoor contest this past weekend I
purchased what I believe is a balsa stripper. I will post a picture of
it in the photo section under tools. I am wonder if this is a "Jones
balsa stripper" or some other semi-commerical balsa stripper? It could
also be some ones homemade version of a balsa stripper. From the
picture you can see there are a few piece which appear to been glue to
each other at one time but now has come apart. In the picture, there
is the basic base and micrometers, then separate aluminum bar, plus two
thin harden steel sheets. Also appeared glued to one harden steel
sheet is some balsa wood. I am trying to figure out how to re-assemble
this tool back to its original condition and make this tool operational
again. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. It would be very
useful to me if one could describe how the typical balsa stripper like
this works and operates.

Thanks,

Kurt
