Hi Fred,
    I have plans for a balloon launch glider on the
website:
www.amaglider.vze.com
    It was designed for last years SO rules but to my
knowledge the only change was minimum weight went from
1.5 grams to 2.0 grams. So just build it a alittle
heavier, especially the fuse.
    I built a couple of these at 1.5 grams they can
achieve a sink rate of about 2 to 2.25 sec/ft.
