How do you guys do it ?

How do you guys do it ? I've been working on a no-cal Bearcat and have a
hell of a time just handling the (small to me) 1/16" ribs and spars
without breaking things, and my hands are pretty steady. How do you
manage on the fine "Real Rubber Models" with their miniscule wood sizes ?
I managed to put this one together without breaking anything yet (Have
yet to cover it), but not without difficulty.
