I'll second that. I think that this year it is alot easier to build to
weight then last year. My first air frame came out in the mid 3 gram
range and with a prop it was about 5. I was even trying to build
heavy! Perhaps i'll use basswood on a later model to make my plane
unbreakable. I doubled my spar size when compared to last year. I
think that this year it will be alot easier for new kids to build good
planes. The planes this year fly really nice. Times will be higher i bet.
