The wing and stab maximum dimensions are specified in the rules. With such a high loading I think it would be silly to reduce the span of either one.
Making one of these weigh 10 grams is quite a feat!

  Subject: [Indoor_Construction] SO model
Well, got my SO model finished, real "lead sled" as it weighs in at
almos 10 gms for the airframe. I used heavy wood, heavy film and a 3
gm prop so it's to be expected. Doesn't look too bad in the living
room, just a bit too fast in the glide.
So I can take it to school next week and show the boys what not to do,
and maybe get in a test flight or two.
That stab still looks odd to me, long and skinny, wing seems to be
  high aspect ratio also.
