I agree with Brett.

If you covered the wing/tail with OS 'roofing felt', these weights
seem extremely light to me. Did you weigh the components hanging
vertically rather than flat? And, are you sure the weighing
procedure wasn't affected by static?? The only other thing I can
think of is that you forgot to put enough wood into the structure
<g>.

  Tim, your wing seems very light to me, mine are about .24 to .26
without any covering, and about .34 or .35 with OS film. Perhaps
this is where you're off.
