Prop Bending

Hi All,
I recently made a couple of props for my LPP, but when they finished
drying they were warped, so that the spar line is not straight. I've
checked my prop block multiple times and it's straight. The only
thing I can think of is that the way I sanded it may have induced the
bend. Is this possible? If not is it just the wood or something else?
