Speaking of flat ribs - there was an interesting article in INAV awhile back about flat wings vs. cambered wings on indoor models. There was supposed to be a follow-up article with more test data but the second article never appeared. Does anyone know why this happened?

I should have said that sometimes flat ribs are used for the stab since the stab chord is only 1.25". The wing chord is 2.5".

I use 4 or 4.5 % thickness for duration indoor models and usually a little thinner for stabs. Some Mini-Sticks have only flat sticks for ribs but since the chord is only 1.25" maybe that makes sense.

    Don't use 10 %.

I'm allowed one dumb question I hope:

I bought these real neat machined steel templates from Wayne Johnson
over a year ago. If someone could direct me to any information source
in the INAV archives or wherever on the merits of the different
airfoils I certainly would be thankful to that individual!
