I posted a pic of my new Pennyplane. I succumbed to Bernie Hunt's
design program and reduced the stab area and dropped the stab to 5"
below the wing. I hope the changes will improve the cruise without
destroying the good manners of the previous one.

The .026" solid carbon leading edges of the previous version have been
replaced by .038" carbon tubes. With a lot of sanding the tubes weigh
the same as the rods but have about 1/4 the deflection. TE's had to
have boron to get a stiffness match with the LE's.

I think this is the stiffest indoor model I've ever built!
