Leroy,

We had a great turn out...but I'm not sure how many kids actually
did the event. All I know is that... I was just overwhelmed in the
numbers that participate in the BLG. We are used to 6-7 teams
participating at Invitationals...and I may be mistaken...but I think
I may have saw more BLG's than WS competitions.

Did you happen to catch any of the times for the Illinois BLG? I
wasn't sure if they were going to even host the event.

The Illinois WS stuff event sounded phenomenal. I bet it was
extremely exciting!
Congrats to Jenna....sorry guys...but I have to say "GIRLS RULE!"

Did any of the teams from the top three WS events make it to
Nationals? Its so nice for the kids that win the State event to be
able to move on to the next step.

The MS BLG team from Chardon (1st place) will be at
Nationals....yippee...I couldn't be prouder to support them!
Great coach, parents and esp. students! I was talking with their BLG
pilot (Ian) at the time Kelsey flew...and he even seemed to be
cheering her on ...even though she was the competition. She was
coming very close to the walls...and he was cringing right along
with me...he he.
