I start with a piece of 7.5# wood, .090" wide X .180" high X 6.25" long. It
will weigh about .21 grams. I taper the stick slightly from the center to both
ends. After the bearing, rear hook & tissue tubes are added it weights approx.
.23 grams. This is a heavy, stiff motor stick for high ceiling sites.
