The building in the commercials is Santa Ana Hanger 1. It appears in
several Ford commercials and also in commercials for Hefty trash
bags.

It was that empty the last 2 years we flew there, 1998-1999. The
building is now controlled by the City of Tustin and the complex is
known as "Tustin Legacy". The information I have been given is that
the rent is $3000.00 per day.
