All Dressed Up and Nowhere to Go?

At least that's my problem, and I suppose half of us here would have
indoor topic to discuss if we only had regular access to a decent
indoor flying site. I can rent a nice BB court 98 miles away for
$65. Last time I did so, no one else wanted to go, so I had it to
myself, along with the bill.

Those of you who have secured a suitable local flying site within the
last few years, please jump in and tell us how you did it. Was it a
windfall opportunity, or did you methodically "find" it and get it by
skill and cunning?

PS. Should I start "outing" group lurkers to at least introduce
themselves, and what they fly, just once? May do so after Christmas,
life's maybe too busy right now.
