The Files section is probably the most important aspect of the is group. For example, when I was looking back at NATS results over the decades the only place I found some results from 2000s-2010s was the files section of this group. You'd think that info would be available from the ama but a search on the website went nowhere. INAV didn't have results either for some years.

That said, it seems like more people like posting on the Facebook group and Hippocket. It impossible to find anything on facebook after the fact because the discussion you're looking for is probably in a comment of a comment of a comment.

This format is also good for posting results of contests as they happen.

In summary, I don't the best method to get everyone onto and participating frequently in one platform that is easily searchable and well archived, but those are the positive aspects I see of the email list and files section type group.

Otherwise, you will hear nothing from this group from Oct 21 onward. The webpage will be there, but frozen against any new posts or uploads of any kind. You can download individual photos, files, and messages up until December 14, 2019. Then the webpage disappears. Email posts continue, if the group remains Yahoo.

Free is 1G, $10/month gets 10 Gig. Anyone know how to estimate the storage needed for Ind_Construction archives, photos and files? I'm sure Yahoo knows.
