Tillamook contest 11/2-11/3

I'm requesting a sanction for these days at the Tillamook Air Museum. All
indoor FF events are welcome, but floor space is very limited, so we may
need to fly heavier and lighter models in different time slots. Gliders
won't be allowed due to safety concerns.

The museum will shift to winter hours soon which are 10am to 4pm each day.
Entry is $5 for the whole weekend, and I'll have a balloon available.
You'll need to bring your own table and chair.
