Helium is in a period of transition with the US government getting out of
the helium business, and new helium production not yet online. This means
we currently have a helium shortage, and a spike in prices.
I'm working to ensure we have at least 1 full tank, plus a partial tank
left over from last year, but I may need to implement restrictions on the
number of balloons at Kibbie this year. I anticipate a lot of F1D fliers
this year, and we might not have enough helium for every person to have
their own balloon. This email is simply to notify everyone that you might
need a share a balloon.
