Its it except the bottle is perhaps a bit different , however I’m reading the bottle mouth/threads are very common.

After getting a clue from your links, research shows the pin/handle is called a bodkin and its common in fly tying glue applications.

I believe Waspi is the main source/manufactor and I found a site which specifies their bottle as being a Stainless steel needle, aluminum bodkin with a rubber gasket- which might be an issue but one easily fixed.
