This is not the glue bottle that seems to be desired but this is a replacement for the needle tipped glue bottles that some use. They are not as "nice" as the metal capped bottles that were previously easily available but they are flexible in needle size and inexpensive. The link below is but one example:

 One needs to make a cap and wire cleaner (if necessary) but using wire in a balsa block works.
