The 2019 West Baden contest is quickly approaching. This year’s dates are March 23rd and 24th. Our room block at the West Baden Springs Hotel (the contest is in the Hotel’s atrium) is being held only until February 23rd. After that date there may be no more rooms available and any available rooms might not be at the discount rate. This is a fantastic, world renowned hotel and our rate is well less than half of the usual rate. And, Saturday’s late afternoon flying is usually accompanied the sounds of a jazz group. One year, we were accompanied by a large choral group on Sunday. The contest is not to be missed!
Although preregistration is not required, it would be nice for all who plan to attend to contact David Lindley at the email address in the flyer below so we can make sure there will be sufficient tables and chairs
