Wow! The price of Lexan has gone sky-high since I last bought a sheet. The Big Box stores have .093 in 11x14 sheets for less than 6ยข/sq in. Turns out that the 1/8 that I thought I was buying was really .118, so there's not a big difference. My only concern was how the thinner stock would support the bushings, but I found a scrap of .093 plexi, drilled a few #31 holes, countersank them and drove in the bushings. They'll be fine. So .093 should be okay for the frames and I have plenty of .118 scrap to make a ton of chain followers and rotors. If they subsequently have to go .093 it won't be a big deal.
