BOM is what I am trying to define as F1N national records can now be set in the USA so if a person buys this kit and submits an AMA national record form , does it comply with FAI BOM rules? If I use the recent wording for VP hubs as precedent for indoor FAI classes then I say it would pass the FAI BOM as the kit still needs to be assembled and trimmed etc by the modeler.
