Great News!    I am pleased the AMA reversed their decision.

Cheers,

 Dear ALl,

I received this email today. The AMA has reversed their decision on FAI national records. Thanks to all who wrote emails voicing their concern.

Dear Contest Boards:
The AMA Executive council rescinded its vote to move FAI records to NAA.

The process has been turned back to the way it has been for many  years.  The only change is that ALL National Record applications go through AMA, no matter if they are for FAI events or AMA events.  If they are sent to NAA they will be returned.  The time delay caused by sending to FAI instead of AMA could nullify the record, so it is important that everyone understand they must be sent to AMA.
