I plan to print up a quick flyer with this information available on site,
but I've attached a map with information about parking at Kibbie for those
that haven't attended before. Red and blue lots are free to use. Gold
lots require a parking permit. Parking permits can be purchased at the
parking office marked on the right side of this map. If you park in a gold
lot without a permit, you will more than likely receive a ticket. They
regularly patrol these lots. Loading and unloading at the main entrance
marked with an X is okay, just don't leave your vehicle there too long.
Tables and chairs should be available for setup after 3pm on Wednesday
6/20, but flying is not allowed until Thursday 6/21. Helium will be
available on site. The daily schedule is below.
6/21 - 6/24
8am - 9am Gliders
9am - 8pm Everything else
6/25
8am - 9am Gliders
9am - 5pm Everything else. All official flights must be recorded by 5pm.
5:15pm Awards
6pm Group dinner at one of Moscow's fine eating establishments
