Hi Don,
Looking forward to Kent.
.........As Don subtly points out there is one easy glider record to get(actually three,F1N jr, F1N sr and F1N open). Recently the F1N event been added to the AMA National records list. I am not aware of any AMA F1N times established yet, so if anyone wants to make claim to an AMA national record in F1N, you just needs to bring a hand launch glider to Kent, put in some times very quickly, run over to the CD(Don) and get your record processed. The first person to apply is guaranteed the record but depending on your times, you might not have the record long, but you will officially be recognized for holding the record. (The early bird gets the worm!). I hope this email encourage some people to fly F1N!
As the the other glider records or any other National cat 2 record, it won't be that easy.
Cheers,
Kurt

OK guys we are closing in on the Kent State Indoor Contest. Get your
models ready! I touched base with the school today to make sure fans and
heaters will be off.
I also printed a stack of record forms as I expect some glider records
to be set!
