Joking aside, I think there is a place for BOM rule in Indoor FF, and
the rule does and should cover such crucial component as the VP hub. If
one can build a F1D model, one can build the hub, too. No rocket science
there. Thus enforcing the BOM rule to explicitly cover VP hubs also
would not reduce F1D population at all.
