Don,
 You owe an apology to every AMA indoor modeler in areas other than District IX. Although you were appointed to the Indoor Contest Board by the Vice-President elected by and from District IX, you do not represent only those indoor modelers in District IX. Quite the contrary, you represent all AMA indoor modelers. And, as you should know if you were familiar with the AMA Contest Boards Procedures Manual, as you should be according to that manual, the manual,Section 5.1,states:
 

 "Board members are encouraged to strongly consider discussing proposals with as many AMA members as possible to obtain a consensus of the merit or possible faults in the proposed change."
 

 Thus, restricting your request and your consideration only to District IX indoor modelers is contrary to the core of how the AMA should and does, for the most part, operate.
