I have a sanction in place with the AMA, and a contract in hand from the
University, but I need to get a good estimate of attendees before I commit
to spending $6200 for the building.

We had a small surplus last year that will be applied to this year's
contest, and I plan to run a fundraiser to raise some additional money.
That means I need 15 entries to break even.

I know I was late getting information out, but 4 weeks after publishing the
flyer I have only one paid entry, and verbal commitments from 3 others. I
need to get commitments from at least 8 more people in the next few weeks,
otherwise I might be forced to cancel the contest this year.

Let's make this thing happen!
