You're not the lawyer in the family - you don't get to say "hearsay" :)

We'll have to agree to disagree on what the "FAI" (really, just some people who don't pay a lot of attention to F1D unless there is an issue) knew or didn't know, and decided vs kicked-the-can. To me, it's plain that if they hadn't made a formal statement, then they didn't make a "decision" - especially about something so clearly controversial.
