Mike Clem was junior in the 1970s and early 80s who set a bunch of records flying with his dad, the famous Jim Clem. Jim died in 2002; Mike still lives in the Dallas area but has not flown in about 35 years. Mike just contacted me and is coming to West Baden with his son next Saturday. He wants to fly a mini stick at the pre-Wch contest but I told him the event organizers will only allow F1D. So, be on the lookout for a familiar face at West Baden.
