Leo,

Thanks for reminding me about this rule update. This addition to the FAI
rules by default means for all USA indoor flyers that fly F1D, F1L, F1M,
and F1R they will need a FAI ID number for their models since the ID
rule is added to each of these classes as a "characteristic" along with
specs such as wingspan, min weight etc.
