General proposal GEN19-01 is back up on the AMA website. This is the one that requires separate flights to set records in more than one event. It affects all types of aeromodeling where records are kept. Here's the note from Tony Stillman:
Dear Contest Board members:
This proposal would modify the National Records section of the General Section Competition Regulations. As such, only contest boards that have record activity as part of their competitions would be involved in voting on this proposal.
This is a basic proposal, so it will follow the normal procedure for such.
