The times are in the Supplementary Regulations. These were linked (on the INAV website) in the announcement post. The flying times are 9am to 5pm. The planes should be landed by 5pm as the air handlers can come on any time after this.

 These times are set by the Hotel and the Hotel is quite firm this year about the times. We tried to get later times for both the JRO and the WC. I realize that in the past we have sometimes gotten to fly until 6pm but not this year for the JRO. We will be able to fly until 6pm on the three round days for the World Championship. The extra hour will be used to land planes that launch near the round end time of 5pm (such as many of Kang's flights) and for reflights.
