The pre-contest, the Jim Richmond Open, was announced a while ago, too. The flyer and the Supplementary Regulations are currently on INAV and I will make an announcement on this group in a bit.
The call for timers will be made in a day or two now that the some final details for the WC have been settled.
Reservations this year at the West Baden Springs Hotel will be made through the organizers (and the AMA) for both the WC and the JRO. This was a request of the Hotel in that the WC competitors' rooms are reserved and paid through the AMA, etc. So, the organizers and AMA will keep track of all of these things rather than the Hotel.
