I do not know the material exactly, but it seems quite hard so it should work.

(I don't know if this is the same as what I have, I found it laying around after a block party where the kiddies had water balloon fights. One is probably enough for a lifetime.)
Seems a bit smaller than the 1/8" hard nylon tubing I sell.
I think it should be ok for smaller light stuff, F1R, mini stick, Mashup, etc.
