Junior Team Manager

Hello,

After talking with John Kagan, it became clear that we need to go ahead
work on choosing a junior team manager. I am not acting in any official
capacity. I'm just trying help get the ball rolling.

The World Champs will be at West Baden, IN and be held from March 19th to
March 23rd.

The duties include:

   - Planning travel and accommodations in conjunction with the Team Manager
   - Developing and supporting a practice schedule for the juniors before
   the World Champs
   - Organizing the team's flying schedule for each round during the World
   Champs
   - Supporting the team members during the rounds.

The AMA has made it clear that this will be an unfunded position. That
means that whoever volunteers will need to be ready cover their
registration, transportation, food and hotel costs.

I would like to get this wrapped up as quickly as possible so someone can
in charge of supporting the juniors who are coming to practice at Lakehurst
on Labor Day weekend. Additionally, the further out we that know this
position will be filled, the more we can do to fundraise support it.

Once I have a list of nominees and, everyone has had a chance to state
their cases, I will set up a poll for the team members and the alternates
to make their selection.
