Lauren,
Thank you for safely storing your materials all these years and for finding
new homes for these resources when you decided you no longer needed them.
It is people like you that keep the hobby going.
I think that the quest for unobtainium is part of the fun of indoor flying.
In my experience, the materials aren't the expensive part. Attending three
or four major contests a year, that for most of us require air travel, is.
$350 will buy a few years worth of 5/99, but in many cases, it won't even
one's travel expenses for a major contest.
It is important to keep all of the costs in perspective before assuming
that anyone aspect of the hobby is what's wrong with the hobby. With that
said, we need to laud the those who make an effort to redistribute their
resources when they are done with them.
Regards,
Nick Ray

Well that's a lot of anger.
So what would you suggest I do? I am just trying to get rid of some of the
stuff I do not need anymore.
I am keeping some non-5/99 rubber so I can do some indoor and outdoor free
flight just for fun.
I know the 10/97 and 10/99 Tan II is also very good rubber. I am just
asking for offers on that rubber. I am sure anybody who used that rubber
would be competitive.
In fact I would be willing to give 1/4# lots of the other rubber to junior
flyers for the cost of shipping.
