Heike and others,

The tea is a British style, afternoon, tea that the hotel runs on
weekends. Last year the tea reservations were all filled up so the
"others" went for a lunch at one of the hotels eateries. The fliers are
flying (prime flying time!) so the past tea and lunches have been for the
significant others, etc. In the past years, the tea (or lunch) has been an
opportunity for the "others" to mingle all together and for a break from
the action (or lack thereof) on the flying floor.

The tea reservations are needs to be made in advance. The lunch is not so
much of a concern as there are several restaurants and eateries in the
hotel.

Hope this helps,

Leo
