Tentative Rantoul 2017 dates

Greetings.

I am putting these out as tentative and worthy of some discussion.

May 19,20,21 (Contest)
June 17/18 (Record Trials)
Oct. 6/7/8 (Contest)

Some like and others dislike the June dates because they immediately proceed Kibbie. We could move them.

Please discuss.
