I know Larry Coslick flies at the Ridgewood Middle School but I think he can only get in there on weekdays. I haven't talked to Larry lately so I'm not sure how much indoor flying he has done at Ridgewood, but he seems to go often. I am going to college in Rolla, MO and would love to do some indoor flying while at school.
