But gm-cm is not an ISO compliant measure of torque. Anyway, the normal term is grf for gram-force, another non-ISO compliant measure although more in tune with reality.
Perhaps, the torque should be measured in kilo-dyne-centimeters. One oz-in is the same has 70.6 kilo-dyne-cm. Some might like to use milli-newton-meters where one oz-in is 7.06 milli-newton-meters.
