I had a conversation with Tony Stillman about getting the indoor freeflight records displayed in the correct units (whole seconds for rubber and tenths of a second for gliders). I referred him to the pages and paragraphs where the correct way of recording flight times is described. He couldn't locate any of the pages I referred to.
It turns out that the entire rule book has been reformatted. Whether or not the rules are exactly what they were before remains to be seen - I haven't gone thru them in detail yet.
