Greetings.

Could you please contact me if you are planning to attend this Saturday?

Most of the sponsors have indicated that they will not be attending.
I was planning to attend for one day only, depending on the weather, which looks like Sunday as per the forecast today.

I'd hate to cancel Saturday and have people show up, or not cancel it and no one shows up.
Either way I'll need to let the airport manager know.
