Joe,

A really good LPP will fly 16 minutes in a Cat 4 building. A Hobby Shopper
EZB built to 750mg (not that hard if you follow Larry Coslick's excellent
article) can fly for over 20 minutes, and it's also legal for intermediate
stick.
