I can vouch for the fact that you definitely do have a personality.

I'll have to say that I've had much the same experience. I've had two WS
kid who stuck with indoor for a couple of years each, but long term
interest in any kind of modeling is a long shot. Kids go to college, then
off to the working world.

My own experience was pretty much the same. I had a forty year layoff
before getting back into the hobby.

Most of the new indoor flyers I know are older and can marshal their
finances and time so that a hobby is possible.

None of this is too say that I am for or against P-18. I think any ideas
are worth exploring.
